I bought a facial package that was on offer and persuaded to get-recommended by the staff. My first experience treatment I did not enjoy nor feel relaxed as I found it quite painful and was not happy with the results of my skin same day after I came home. Now I have emailed and contacted the salon several times and left notes/messages to be passed to the manager and still no correspondence which I’m very disappointed about. The remaining payment said will be deducted from my other treatment packages I already have , but the facial I paid for I’m not happy to be charged even and for the lack of response that I’m still waiting to hear back since before Christmas.
I would like this to dealt with immediate affect thank you.

My experience was so bad unfortunately, i expected a good one due to my friend recommendation but the receptionist was so unprofessional. I booked for two people for the new year eve dinner but they did only my sisters hair they ruined my day. So disappointed

Have enjoyed every laser session I have been to so far. All the staff are very friendly and professional, the front desk are very accommodating plus all the rooms have been very clean and comfortable. Have been recommending beauty and melody to everyone I know.
